Cornerstone is a great place for the entire family. Our goal is to teach and train the entire family in the ways of the Lord, according to the Bible. There is a little something for everyone. Cornerstone leadership is supportive in whatever needs might arise, and they have spent many years with the help of the Lord, creating a ministry that is a true joy to be a part of.

Take a look at some of the ministries that are provided at Cornerstone. These are just some... It is very important that we find a place that we can serve. As big as our church is it takes a little help from all of us to kept things running, but in turn ministry is where you make long time friends that help you work your way though life.

But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

Nursery Ministry
Cornerstone is a growing church in more ways than one. We always have a nursery available anytime our kids have class. It is very well kept by our nursery ministry and the ladies are well equipped and experienced to take care of your little one while you are in service. They all have multiple children and grandchildren of their own. We have a check in system that allows only you to pick up your child at the end of service. We also have a paging system, just in case your child needs you during service. For nursing mothers we also offer a nursing mothers room equipped with video so that you don't miss a thing.
Kid's Ministry
Cornerstone Children's Ministry is the most exciting place to be on Sundays and Wednesdays. We offer a complete program for all little ones, every time the doors open. Nursery, Sunday School, Children's Church, and Wednesday Bible Drill are offered weekly. It is amazing the knowledge of the Word that our kids receive every year. We have amazing pastors and team members that love kids with their whole heart. If you plan on serving here, you better grab an extra cup of coffee on the way in. They are excited.
Youth Church
Youth Church on Wednesday night is a wonderful time for any Middle School or High School student. These kids get to have a full service all on their own, in their style, all the way down to the peer-lead worship team. Along with Wednesday night there are also many planned outings through out the year that allows the students to grow closer together. Pastor Greg, Shelaine and the youth leaders do a great job directing these kids though some of the toughest learning years of their lives. He is a lot of fun too.
Women's Ministry
Women's ministry is another area that is a blessing to have. The women of our church are here to support the vision of the House, to love God, and love People. We have many opportunities with in our community, our area of influence, to minister. As we all have varying interests, our goal is to create events, throughout the year, that reflect those interests. We are given many opportunities, to be a blessing to our church family, with our meal train.
September thru May, second Tuesday of the month, we have a Cornerstone Women’s Luncheon.
Worship Ministry
Cornerstone Church is blessed to have an amazing and talented worship team. They cover all the bases by playing a great mix of music that is well known, as well as the occasional, "oldie but goodie". Even though they sound great, the important thing is they are anointed and make it easy to give God the worship that He deserves. Not a day goes by that we aren't visited by the presence of the Lord during worship.
Men's Ministry
One thing about being a man in Cornerstone Church, it isn't for the faint of heart. This church is packed with men of God that don't compromise their faith for anyone. We are blessed with solid men, that have outstanding integrity from leadership, down. The church culture is Honor God and Honor Family. Once a year there is a men's retreat and it is fit for a man's man. Also once a year there is a hunter's banquet. Hunting, fishing and anything that drinks gas are common topics in conversation among the guys. As much as they love all that stuff, they love Jesus Christ even more.
Miriam Dancers
Miriam’s Dance Team is an extension of Cornerstone Worship Ministry. Previous dance experience is not required. This ministry is about using movement to lead people into the presence of God through dance. Our ultimate objective is to glorify the Lord and worship Him in
Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23). We dance in joyful obedience for an audience of One and for His glory alone.
International Missions
Is Missions where your heart is? Missions IS the heart of God. Spreading the gospel is our favorite pastime at Cornerstone. We are heavily involved in missions all around the world and locally. We fiscally support 20+ missionaries monthly, but along with that we have a missions team that goes out and becomes the hands and feet of Christ. Our goal as a team is to go out on short term missions at least twice a year. Cost of all trips are out of pocket for each traveler. There are many countries that we have connections in so you never know where we will be next.
Outreach
Cornerstone believes that being outside the walls, in the community, is just as important as inside the walls. The outreach ministry works on two or three major events every year. Everyone of those events are free to the community and usually have close to 2,000 people at each one. The first event is normally around Easter, the second event is for the fourth of July and the third is around the fall. Each year is different so check the schedule to see what is going on this year.
The CORE- Young Adults
The Core of Cornerstone is a Young Adults ministry that meets on Wednesday nights for ages 18-35. This ministry is filled with passionate individuals who loves the Lord and loves people. With several events planned throughout the year, our young adults are able to closely fellowship with one another while growing in Christ. The vision of this ministry is to provide an atmosphere where all will feel welcome to come just as they are. The young adults edify one another, pray for each other daily, and study The Word of God together.
Homeschool Covering
If you are interested in homeschooling or are a seasoned homeschooling parent, we have a ministry for you. Our homeschool leader is an experienced teacher that worked in the public school system for years. She made the decision years ago to start teaching her children at home. This ministry's purpose is to give other parents the support and spiritual covering that they need as they educate their children. It also allows children to be in a community of other children for trips and special events. Please check out the Homeschool Website for more information.
